As a graduate student I used to teach a lot. But if you are running a business that is a different story. You may need to run some Sales Training courses for your staff. The reason is obvious , they need to know how to sell stuff. The more they sell the more you get , right.

I always look at this kind of training as investment. You spend some money in the beginning, but the amount you will earn later is not comparable with your investment at all. After you trained your staff try to rank them. You want to keep all of them happy but remember you really want to keep best of them. So pick those who are best and next time you want to train your new staff they can do it for you.
