Today I am going to review a site http://www.Northidahorebates.com which belongs to North Idaho Rebates. What they say about their company is here: " The North Idaho Rebate Team is Offering Rebates on real estate transactions up to $10,000 for byers and sellers. Our goal is give back to buyers."

Well, I asked myself that how it works. They claim that they pay buyers a rebate up to $10,000 regardless of who the home is listed with so long as the buyers retain these guys to represent them as buyer agent in the transaction.

The other part of the offer is as follows. They will pay those who want to sell their homes a $3,000 rebate at closing and $10,000 rebate at closing if they don't sell their home in 65 days. That means they are kind of guaranteeing a quick home selling. So you will get your money quickly.

Here I should explain the idea of "Breakage". Insurance, coupon and rebate programs like Cash Rewards work on the concept of "breakage". Breakage is the statistical difference between the number or coupons, rewards, policies, etc. issued, and those that are collected or paid. Have you ever bought an item and received a rebate coupon in the box it came in but never sent it in? That's breakage. Breakage can be quantified, tracked and projected. The mathematical term for such statistics is "actuarial data". Hutchinson is a nationally acclaimed author and political analyst as mentioned in his blog http://earlofarihutchinson.blogspot.com. I am not a fan of politics and I do not like using the words "black" and "white". But it seems that we still see problems in Africa and politicians have to think about it. I like the freedom in North America and I wish we see the freedom everywhere in the world.

Cranberry: nutrition fact

The cranberry is a source of the minerals calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus, plus various vitamins like Vitamin A, Vitamin B1 Thiamine, Vitamin B2 Riboflavin, Vitamin B2 Complex Niacin. bull riders!

If you haven't got your Professional Bull Riders finals tickets you should do that as soon as possible! The Professional Bull Riders World Finals will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada and the tickets will be sold out soon I guess. I want to plan a trip to Las Vegas to attend this exciting event. I have watched the competition before on TV, but this time I would like to try it live and at the right place where it is really happening!

If you search "bull riders" in youtube you will get a big list of exciting clips, but none of them give you the feeling of being in the stadium. Last year PBR announced that they will be partnering with some video game companies to produce video games for Wii, Xbox 360, etc. But again if you are a fan of those games , you know that it won't be as wonderful as the real game!

Last year I was watching Justin McBride, a two-time PBR World Champion, in the final competition and it was so exciting that I decided to attend next year. The Professional Bull Riders World Finals have been held in Las Vegas since 1994. I am sure I will have a lot of fun over there this year. Hope to see you there also!
