an embarrassing moment

I was thinking about my most embarrassing moment of my life which happened when I was in the primary school. I am explaining that in a short video. But the whole point is that you come out of your "shell"! If that doesn't make sense I explain it to you! "Shell" always reminds me of eating oysters. I was in a trip to a casino last week and we got a free buffet there. So I had a chance of trying some oysters. But I was thinking whether what I had was healthy or not.
